Attorney Troy Aykan, originally a Chemical Engineer (with emphasis in Food Processing Engineering), received his Master’s Degree in Food Science & Nutrition from Chapman University in Orange, California and has worked in the food industry, specifically in the field of regulations. After graduating from Chapman University School of Law, he passed the bar exams in both California and Arizona. He has taught Food Laws at Cal Poly Pomona and at Chapman University in Orange County since 2002. He taught “Advance Topic: Food Law” at Chapman University School of Law and teaches Food Laws at California State University Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Attorney Aykan was a corporate counsel for one of the largest organic and natural food corporations in the world for about 14 years. Now he practices independently.<\/p>\n

He offers services in consulting for products, labels & advertising of Food products, Dietary Supplements for compliance with Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetics Act & FDA Regulations (21 CFR), California Prop 65, and Federal Trade Commission regulations\ufeff in addition to practicing Employment Law and helping businesses in formation, contracts, securities, secured transactions, dispute resolution and litigation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
